The peace you’ve been missing (and how to find it)

One of the most disorienting parts of walking away from the New Age… is realizing how loud it actually was. Even though it promised peace—through rituals, breathwork, stillness, and “alignment”—it was always demanding more:

• More healing
• More clearing
• More energy work
• More manifestations
• More “letting go” while holding on to… something

It was exhausting.

But here’s the truth I wish someone had told me earlier: Real peace doesn’t need your performance. It just needs your permission to let God in.

Jesus doesn’t just offer peace. He is peace. And when you denounce the false peace of the New Age, it can feel like you’re losing a part of yourself. Like there’s this strange, aching void inside.

That’s normal.

But here’s the beautiful part:

That space is where God’s love begins to fill you.

Not with vibes, but with truth.

Not with energy, but with presence.

Not with rituals, but with relationship.
